What is the MOQ for a tin order?

Due to mass printing and production setup, the MOQ is roughly 1,000 pcs, we can also support low MOQ like 100 pcs, just price is higher.

How much should I pay for tooling?

If your order reaches a certain amount, tooling fees will be deducted from the total costs (in other words tooling will be free of charge.

Can I get a free sample?

Yes, you can contact us for a free sample, which will be delivered to you via DHL.

Do you offer product designing?

Yes, our in-house designing team can help bring your design vision to life. Then, we will send you a sample for confirmation.

How long can I get a sample? What is the average lead time for an order?

You can receive a sample in about 7 days. The average lead time for mass production is about 20 days, based on order quantity.

How to safeguard my intellectual property?

We will sign an NDA for all samples and orders, ensuring your printing files remain confidential.
